The Before The Storm lyrics and music were written collectively by the Nick, Joe and Kevin. Some of the moving lines of the song are: "I was thinking back to where we started and how we lost all that we are. We were young and times were easy but I can see it’s not the same."

Do you think these could be about Miley and Nick splitting up?
