The first to go from X Factor after controversial comments on their attire...


Last night we saw girl group Kandy Rain leave the X Factor, amid criticism on their stage outfits. Dressed all in black with a lot of leg, the foursome belted out Addicted To Love.

However, when they headed to the judges desk, they found themselves on the receiving end of Cheryl and Dannii's sharp tongues, who said that their attire was far too reminiscent of their past profession as pole dancers. Miaow!

After the female judges bickered with Simon Cowell, who loved it (surprise, surprise!), Kandy Rain were made to compete against Rachel Adedeji and hit hard with Christina Aguilera's Fighter.

However, despite putting up a good fight, they were still sent home by you, the general public! If you missed the results, you can see it now...

In all fairness, the girls were told from their very first audition to tone down the provocative outfits. Do you think if they'd gone for a more demure look, as Cheryl said, they would still be in the running to be the X Factor winners? Or did they just not have what it takes to keep going?
