Getting picked for the X Factor has to be one of the best moments of your life. Face-planting in front of millions of people on national telly - less so.


This has got to be the funniest moment on The X Factor so far.

When Dannii announced herself as the mentor for the girls, they were so excited they all ran to give her a hug.

But one poor girl, Rachel, got a bit carried away with it all!
