Even popstars can get a little down in the dumps sometimes – which is why the lovely Marvin from JLS is supporting our fave charity, ChildLine

“I’m really proud to support ChildLine and to help launch its great new website that lets young people express their feelings and get help for their problems," says Marvin. “Everyone has bad days, even popstars. When I’m touring with JLS it can get stressful and I miss my family, but talking to my bandmates about it makes me feel better." Aw, bless. Here's Marvin with the ChildLine 'moodies':

“When young people find it difficult to talk about their feelings and problems to their friends and family, ChildLine is there for them. Whatever it is, if it matters to young people, it matters to ChildLine,” explains Marvin.

ChildLine has counselled more than 2.3 million young people and its telephone counsellors continue to be available 24/7 on 0800-1111. Plus the new online service at www.childline.org.uk means more young people can be helped – and you can choose for yourself how you contact ChildLine.

The new website provides information and advice on issues that affect children and young people. It has fun stuff like games, videos and tools so you can get creative. It also has a ‘daily moodtracker’ to help you express how you're feeling.

If you're feeling worried or upset, you can email or post a message on the site or request one-to-one support with a counsellor online. It actually couldn't be easier. So what are you waiting for?
