Songs on the album reveal details about his relationship with ex-wife Katie Price. In one tune, Call Me A Doctor, Pete talks about the pain of leaving someone you really love but feel you cannot trust. He writes: "I guess I gotta just walk away, The doctor says there ain’t no medication for my pain, So I’m done baby, I’m gone."

arhhhh onestly this dude just needs to disappear and hurry up about it as well the hipocrit onestly hes had his 3 minutes of fame with a song that wasnt even that good trys to make it in the jungle that didnt go to well either the only good thing i think hes done was marry katie price she is awsome and she deserves better than him so i have to say im glad thier not together shes well better than him and another thing i dont get he says the new song isnt about katie at all ermm once second how does it go again oh yeah "ive got a wife 3 kids and a 3 storie home" ermmm if that dosnt prove its about her then im boggled!! he seriously cant sing and sooner he disappears the better TEAM KATIE all the way!!! xo
