The Roonster is a judge on the new TV show Coca-Cola Street Striker competition for Sky One in which he searches for Britain's best young footballer.

Rooney's latest stop was in Wythenshawe, which is notorious for hoodie youth gangs, but like a true diva he made sure that he had a squad of minders to protect himself and his new £121,000 Mercedes car.

Yep, you read it right! £121,000 car!

Wayne wowed the teenagers in the area with a dazzling display of his skills before signing autographs and judging the competition.

Then he went shopping for more footballs...
