After seeing Lauren Conrad at the Hollywood Style Awards, we were reminded that just because it's winter doesn't mean we need to ditch our summery make-up.

While we're being peer pressured into neutral and dark tones, LC's hot pink lipstick seems far more appealing for all-out glamour, and now we're telling you how to get the look and stand out in a crowd.

For the same vibrant lips, try MAC lipstick in Girl About Town (£12) or Barry M lip paint in Shocking Pink (£4.25).

For a pretty flush and shimmer on the cheeks, first swipe on E.L.F's All Over Colour stick in Pink Lemonade (£1.50), then pat E.L.F's Shimmer Facial Whip in Citrus (£1.50) over the top.

Eyes are kept simple but certainly not boring. Try 2True liquid eyeliner (£1.91) along the lash line, then do a couple of coats of Rimmel Glam Eyes mascara (£6.84), both from Superdrug.
