Jessica Stroup has gone from Beverly Hills babe to sleek fashionista and has changed wardrobe, haircut and even make-up.

Her short bob with highlighted tips made her look more sophisticated and chic at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party. She kept her make-up minimal with subtle smokey eyes and neutral lips and wore a fashion-forward jumpsuit.

Earlier this year, Jessica hit LA's coolest parties with glossy, deep brown locks worn wavy. Her make-up was a bit more elaborate, but the black eyeliner did bring out her pretty blue eyes.
