Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne are on different radars all together so we were so suprised to see them both wearing the same dress!
Miley's like the girl-next-door all American cheesey actress and singer, Kelly is bad girl turned good - not the sort of mate your mum would like you to hang out with!
Let's take a look at the differences in how they wore this block colour dress!
Miley wore hers with black patent shoes, a white cuff bracelet and an oversized necklace that we just adore!
Kelly wore hers during the day with a studded black belt, low silver shoes, black patent bag, hair slick bag and a swipe of bright red lippy...

It's suits Kelly's figure a bit better, but i think Miley has better accessories and is just generally pretty, so proberley Miley :)

People might not agree with me but I defo think It was Kelly because she added a studded belt which made bottom half of the dress puff out making it look more exspensive... anyway :D xxx

For the way it goes onto the body deff kelly. but the hair is :S and the rest doesnt really work. However miley's does look very nice but i think the necklace and the tee shirt arnt particularly needed :D
