Lily Allen could be ditching her singing career to become an actress, but will she leave the music biz for good?

Lily Allen is set to follow in her dad's footsteps and enter the family business of acting, as soon as early next year!  Lil' has been snapped up the lead role in new play Reasons to be Pretty, in London's West End and couldn't be more excited about her career change.

Lily said: "I'm not going to record and tour again for quite a while.  I finish up my gig dates in March and I'll be ready to do something else.  I've been on the road for four years and I've given my voice a real run for its money."

Lily is serious about making a big impact on the stage and has been taking intensive acting lessons from a teacher at top drama school RADA.  If she needs inspiration, she can always ask brother Alfie or future sister-in-law Jaime Winstone for some advice.
