Has boyfriend Luke Worrall asked the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne, for his daughter's hand?

Since Kelly started wearing a ring on her wedding finger, we've been speculating whether the pair are going to tie the knot.  Finally, Luke has silenced the rumours by declaring that they're officially engaged (he changed his status on Facebook, y'know).

Luke said: "I did it the traditional way two weeks ago. Before I asked Kelly to marry me I asked her dad, which was quite scary.  I get on really well with her family, though."

We're very happy for the couple, as they seem to really love each other.  Kelly has had her heart broken by the wrong kind of guys in the past, but we think Luke is definitely the right man for her.

But are they still too young to make such a big commitment (Luke is only 18)? Should young celebs take marriage more seriously, or is it ok just to get divorced if it doesn't go well, just like Peaches Geldof suggested?
