At the Switch Live 2009 ace awards show concerty business!

We love a good old awards do, and when it's one we can actually go along to (unlike some snootier efforts) so much the better!

So we veryveryvery pleased to hear that BBC Switch Live is back to reward celebby types for keeping us entertained for a whole year - and you lot by throwing a massive concerty type show around it.

Pixie Lott, Black Eyed Peas, The Saturdays, JLS, N-Dubz, Alexandra Burke and Shaheen Jafargholi have all been confirmed to perform live at the event, which takes place on Sunday 8 November at the Hammersmith Apollo in London.

The show will be hosted by Kimberley GA and Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw, with additional backstage reports and interviews from Radio 1's Annie Mac and The 5:19 Show presenters Tom Deacon and AJ Odudu.

Award categories include ‘Switch’s Stylish Human’, ‘Switch’s Sporting Hero’; Switch’s Outstanding Artist’ and ‘Switch’s Prom Queen’. To vote, and for more info on how to get tickets click here
