Peter Andre's estranged wife Katie Price has jetted off to LA to try and launch herself as an actress. OK, it's not so much that bit we're loving. She clearly should be at home trying to sort out the mess she's made of her marriage.

BUT rumour has it that Katie is in talks to be in a Baywatch remake as Pamela Anderson's character CJ!

Original star of the show David Hasselhoff says he'd love Katie  to slip into Pamela Anderson's racy red swimsuit for a new TV remake of his legendary 90s show. He said: "I've been thinking about basing a new show over here. It would be called UK-Watch. And Jordan is certainly feisty and has curves in all the right places."

If she gets the part Katie, 31, could go on to star in the planned Baywatch film, which it is rumoured David Hasselhoff and Pammy will make cameos in.

And for those of you who have no idea what we're talking about, here's the Baywatch opener. How cool!? We're guessing Peter WON'T be tuning in.
